Good service
This is a perpetually substandard location. Today, none of the tables were clean; the staff was irritable; and slow as molasses; and most importantly, the sandwiches were not good. I ordered the Montreal Steak sandwich and the steak was the exact same as what they typically use in the steak and cheese sandwich. I expected there to be a separate batch of Montreal steak, or to be able to taste or see the steak spice. Nope. Today was the last straw, I won't be going back to this location. The best Subway on the North Shore is on lower Lonsdale, but finding parking there is nearly impossible.
Always super long wait, half the time they’re out of meatballs, they can’t even cut sandwiches.

Honestly, the worst service I have ever received in a subway. There was no line up, only one other man ahead of me, who I didn’t know and wasn’t talking to, and the employee assumes for some reason we are together, so she charged the man for my sandwich and his things, and to make matters worse she didn’t even know how to refund the man, so I waited for 40 minutes while she was on the phone with her boss trying to figure out how to refund. I suggested to her that I pay now and after she figures out how to refund the man, but I guess that was beyond her. Too bad employees don’t have common sense these days.

I went in around an hour after they had opened and the girl was on the phone with somebody so I had to wait for a little bit. I had no problem ordering my sandwich; however when i asked the girl for soup, she MICROWAVED the soup in front of me. i’ve been to plenty of subways before and they’ve always gotten the soup from their actual containers where its kept warm. it was also morning so i would have assumed that they had made a fresh batch of soup? i guess not?

One of the staff was very bad. The footlong sandwich fell apart when I got it. I was very disappointed in what they did. That staff wasn't nice or friendly to me. Not coming back there. Also the sandwich didn't taste as good as it was suppose too.
fewer employees than other subways, went for couple times, made 2 times my order wrong. worse thing is I ordered same things, but price is different 3 times??

I don't know if this store employees are mean to everyone or just brown people, this month it happened for the third time when me and my husband came to this store for the two times they said they're closed before 10 and today the lady was so rude. It always happens on Thursday's and Friday's.

I noticed a girl drop 6 loaves of bread on the floor and then pick them up and put them back in the oven. I told her she can't do that and it was disgusting and she pretended to not understand me. I asked for the managers number but he doesn't answer his phone. I emailed subway's head office and told them but they didn't respond and obviously don't care. I won't eat at subway anymore!
This location always has a long wait time ! They make decent sandwiches. If you are in a rush better try another subway restaurant. Staff working is nice though.

30 minutes to get a sandwich, two people in line yet Express online orders take precedence. Guess what the guy that ordered online came to pick up after us. So either get more staff or serve actual people first.

This subway was so terrible this is the first google review I feel moved to write. Staff was extremely rude, and literally talked into the glass while asking questions so it was near impossible to hear what they were saying. When customers asked them to repeat themselves they visibly rolled their eyes and said it at the same volume. Sandwiches were toasted without asking and the worker put a random sauce on mine without hearing what I wanted. Watched the worker cut a foot long bread into two six inch pieces and throw away a one inch scrap from one piece being too big, meaning someone else is getting cheated on their sandwich size. Felt like we were doing the staff a disservice by existing!
Salad was fine but staff felt like didn't want to work there...felt like she wanted to murder salad..

Good food, but when i went there recently I was told by the lady on her phone that they were closed although on their website it said they were still open.
walked in 8:20 PM on Monday yesterday. I was asked to leave after my purchase as soon as I reached to tables .Asked the employee store hour and he said 10PM.I asked why I cannot seat on those tables and he told me he is cleaning.....without an apology....
Visted the Edgemont location and 8:15 am and then at 8:55 am and store was not open (with a posted 8:00 am open).
